I emailed Kate Singer, the designer, with a special request for my girlfriend as a gift as the website did not have exactly what I was looking for. My hopes were not high but I thought I would try anyway. She replied within a couple of hours and provided me with all the information and guidance I needed through a series of emails. She never took more than a couple of hours to reply, answering all my questions and more, so even if what I wanted had not turned out perfect, I still would have rated them 5/5 because the service really is that good!

However, the product in the end turned out way better than I had imagined! My girlfriend loved it and I would 100% recommend them to anyone because the care and artistry put into the product is top-notch and the service is even more so; prompt and very helpful.

So, if you're thinking of getting something from Marmalade Designs, I strongly recommend it; I know this isn't the last time I do!
