Regular Processing Time
Orders generally leave the studio within 1-4 days of receiving the order. Current processing times are updated under each product. If you are in need of rush processing, please let Kate know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. Please reach out to info@marmaladedesigns.ca or leave a note with your order.
US TARIFFS
Our Jewellery is CUSMA compliant, handmade in Canada from materials sourced in Canada and the United States. We guarantee that no tariffs will be applied to your order. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Pick-Up
This option is Free! Marmalade studio is located at 9 Davies Ave. unit #312 near Queen St. and Broadview Ave. in downtown Toronto. We’ll send you an email when your item is ready and you can come pick up during our studio hours (Mon-Fri, 10am to 6pm). Please note: this option can be selected at checkout, but our system requires you to enter your shipping address and proceed through the checkout process.
Canada Delivery
Free Shipping Option (over $75) -
Orders qualifying for FREE SHIPPING will be shipped via tracked Premium Courier (UPS, PUROLATOR, or Canada Post Express Post to select locations, or PO Boxes)
You will receive a tracking number when your item ships and can expect it to arrive in 1 and 5 days depending on your location.
Regular Mail
Regular mail costs $3. It is untracked, and although packages generally arrive in 3-7 days, timelines are not guaranteed. Please select this option if you are not in a rush to receive your order.
Lower cost Courier
(ie. DRAGONFLY, GLS, WHIZ)
This option costs $6, and generally takes 2-7 days depending on your location. The time it takes to arrive is not guaranteed, but a tracking number will be provided.
Expedited Mail
Only Select this option if your order DOES NOT qualify for FREE SHIPPING, but you require expedited mail. Our FREE SHIPPING option ships via Courier so there is no need to upgrade! This option costs $10, and ships via UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post Express Post for select locations or PO boxes. You will receive a tracking number when your item ships and can expect it to arrive in 1 and 5 days depending on your location.
Delivery
We offer free delivery to addresses located in East End Toronto. This includes Leslieville, Danforth, and The Beach.
USA Delivery
Free Shipping Option (over $75)
Orders that qualify for our free shipping are currently being shipped via USPS first class mail. You will receive a tracking number when your item ships and can expect it to arrive in 5-10 days depending on your location.
Expedited Mail
If your item doesn't qualify for Free Shipping (is under $75), you can select expedited mail. Packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage and generally take 5-7 days to arrive.
International Delivery - We ship worldwide
Regular Tracked Package
This option costs $7 and takes 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door. We ship all international items with tracking. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. The time it takes to arrive is not guaranteed. Please let us know if you are interested in faster international shipping options.
Returns
We stand behind every product that we send out, and hope that you love what we make! That said, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out and let us know. Should a product arrive damaged or not as expected we will quickly send out a replacement. If you would prefer to return your item for a refund, we ask that you send it back to us (regular mail is fine) within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund.
Exchanges
If you received our item as a gift and would like to exchange it for something different, please contact us within 14 days of having received it (we are flexible on this). We are happy to have you send your piece back to us, and we will make sure that you have something that you love or to issue you a store credit.
